Many civic actors and non-profit organizations voluntarily perform social and health work and create activities for seniors to maintain social, physical and mental functions in everyday life and avoid isolation. The activities include e.g. food and meals, physical activity like walking and getting in contact with other people in nature, cultural experiences and getting help with digital communication skills.
