Professionals are the persons who are delivering home-care services, social care services, community services. The goal is to deliver services according to the legislation. Professionals are not involved closely enough in the development and use of new innovative solutions. Other question is about training professionals and collaboration between various experts is important in creating open innovation ecosystem in the country. Also, collaboration with the direct target group- people 50 +, is relevant and adding value to the sector. There is a need between care and medical service providers and IT sector experts to have better cooperation in development and knowledge about innovative solutions needs and barriers. Also, it is important to have interdisciplinary curriculums in the Universities so, health specialists can learn how to create innovation in the field of health and care, they can have support from the IT and digitalization specialists. IT experts should collaborate with health experts to understand workflows and processes. At the moment there is a lack of professionals – not enough workforce to help all seniors. Too conservative approach to the social care services, which means that in Estonia the digitalization in social care field is not the first priority because of lack of motivation
