“Developing the ability to protect the interests of the elderly” is a training program aimed to target all people who deal with elderly society (employees of counties and local governments, social and welfare workers, cultural operators, health care workers, employees of ministries and state agencies, etc.). Objective is to create understanding of participation in the development of services in areas related to the elderly, using the principles of co-creation and design thinking methods as well as stand up for seniors’ rights.
