Purpose: Pay subsidy is an economic benefit that TE Offices may grant to an employer to cover the salary costs of an unemployed jobseeker. The purpose of wage subsidized work is to increase the professional skills of wage subsidized workers and to help them find work in the open labor market.
Terms: Employers eligible for pay subsidy are companies, communities such as associations, foundations, congregations and registered religious communities,
municipalities and joint municipal authorities, and
households.
