One may consider that Business ethics may refer only to what is good and what is wrong doing for shareholders and stakeholders, shareholders interests actually to prevail. In the meantime this does not signal that companies can do whatever it takes to maximize its profits. Every company operates in a given territory, has a spectrum of impacts there, hence is a part of community to live with. Therefore many socially responsible companies have the set of policies or strategies called corporate social responsibility. These strategies are shaping company’s business model, helps the company to become socially accountable, not only to itself, its stakeholders but the community, larger public, i.e. whole nation and environment. Having corporate social responsibility in its values set business takes into consideration the impact it has on all spheres of live. It is also important for company’s stakeholders that corporate culture which is a set of beliefs and behaviors that is telling how the staff interact and handle beyond pure business transactions. One can wonder if those three – corporate culture, company’s business ethics and corporate social responsibility are unite, especially when it comes to ICT industry.
