Purpose: Support, dissemination and development of practices for organizing care for the older generation in local communities, mainly in small towns and villages   
Terms: who can participate:  
⎯ initiative groups of citizens (groups of three or more people);   
⎯ non-profit organizations registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, operating in the territory of the competition, having experience working with the target group of the project; 
⎯ state and municipal institutions operating in the territory of the competition;   
⎯ bodies of territorial public self-government;   
⎯ public councils and other public associations without forming a legal entity.
