Online Review Tools are a great way of building up trust among visitors online. Used quite frequently by digital marketers because of the well-known Google Stars, these tools can have a positive effect on Google Rankings. This kind of customer feedback tool also influences purchasing behavior seeing as how more than half of customers look at reviews before purchasing a product or service.
